Dead Rising Headed for the IPhone

The IPhone’s new game has a very familiar face. The original Dead Rising has been trimmed down, no boss fights, no escort missions, no photography, and no vehicles or costumes. Whats left? The bare bone awesomeness of running around killing zombie after zombie of course.

There is a cool new perk where if you fail and get beaten up you can post a message for help on Facebook or Twitter, if someone wanted to they could go along and find you and help you up meaning no death penalty. Now a game of this scale is going to take some hefty resources so older models of the IPhone like the 3G won’t be able to play this game unfortunately. Dead Rising on the IPhone is slated for a holiday release.
